CD20-BCAP

Lymph Node stained with Anti-CD20

CD20-BCAP

CD20 is a membrane-embedded 33kDa non-glycosylated phosphoprotein which plays a role in B-cell activation, differentiation, and cell-cycle progression. CD20 is a restricted B-cell antigen and its clinical utility is greatest for identifying B-lineage non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, but it can also aid in the diagnosis of nodular lymphocyte predominance Hodgkin's disease and acute lymphoblastic neoplasms.
